We had a great time staying at this place! the spacious rooms were perfect for our family and the modern bathrooms with jacuzzis were a luxurious touch. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient for us to cook our own meals. the location was fantastic, with easy access to major attractions such as Monte Carlo, St-Tropez, and Nice. And the best part was the beautiful terraces in each room, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views.

There were a few things that could have been improved. there were some issues with the hot water, which was inconvenient at times.

It is a beautiful apartment, very spacious, with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms + toilet, a walking closet , perfectly equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, very good beds, huge lovely terraces. Generally, very high standard , a lot of privacy. Quiet location, at the end of November the hotel was rather empty, so it was very quiet around ; there is a construction of Montfleury park going on not far from the hotel, but it was not a problem, you can hear some noise only during part of the day. The staff is practically invisible ( apart from the cleaning staff) so it all a bit anonymous but that means more privacy. It is about 10 min walk to Rue Antibes./ Croisette.

The beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. The shower was also great, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions and the city center.

The kitchen was missing a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient for quickly heating up meals. The apartment was quite difficult to find, as the address provided did not match up with GPS locations.

Modern, very clean, good position about 10/15 minutes from beach front. Well equipped, WiFi.

Nobody in attendace when arrived just prior to 1800. Did not see any management people over 3 day stay, just cleaner. Design good overall but with waste of space in huge main bathroom which could have been better utilised in small main bedroom.

Apartment wasa good size for the 5 of us and parking was very useful.

A group of 5-6 guys were staying in apartment below at the same time making lots of noise and shouting until 2am in the morning on one night and got home from a night out at 5:30am screaming and shouting the following night and woke everyone up. There was no-one around to complain to without confronting the group which we didn't do.

The privacy of the units, the pool area was a godsend and I absolutely loved it, the surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to the center and close to the beach. There were also local shops nearby which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and the maid service was excellent. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and spacious, with upscale bathrooms. I also enjoyed the large balcony and the overall roominess of the place. The facilities, including the pool and greenery, added to the luxurious experience.

I would have appreciated a local street map to help navigate the area more easily, as it took a few days to figure out the best way to get to town and back. It would have also been helpful to have information about the location of the nearest supermarket.

A quiet, clean, beautiful and functional apartment in a nice and central location.

New building with fresh design and interior. Ability to cook yourself and the roomy apartment was just what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and well-furnished apartment. the location was perfect, with local shops just a short walk away. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. the pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the staff were polite and helpful. We loved the modern bathrooms with jacuzzis in each room. the apartment was also close to the beach, making it convenient for us to relax and enjoy the sun.

The address was difficult to find, but once we arrived, everything else made up for it.

Clean and comfortable apartment with spacious beds and a great shower. The pool facilities were excellent and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and within walking distance of local shops and a big crossroad with easy access to transportation.
